Cooking for this event involves the use of heavy machinery and enormous pots of more than 6 meters, making it truly the best potato stew party of Japan in terms of taste and scale.

The frost-covered trees of Zao are also called the Snow Monster. There will be various events being held depending on the best time to see them.

Can I check-out later than the check-out time?

It is possible, but for every hour after the original check-out time, a ¥1,100 (tax incl.) will be charged separately from the accommodation fee. *We may not offer late check-out depending on the situation. We thank you for your understanding in advance.

What are the prices for extra beds and cribs?

Each extra bed will cost ¥4,400 (tax and service charge included).
The number of rooms that can accommodate the extra beds are limited, so if you wish, please make a reservation in advance.

Would you be able to keep our luggage at the hotel before check-in and/or after check-out?

Yes. After using the restaurant lounge, please notify the staff your room number and sign the order bill.

We accept clothes for laundry at reception. If you can provide them by 10:00 in the morning, they will be cleaned by evening on the same day.
Laundry bags and order bills are available in the room. Please fill it out and bring it to reception.

There are about 13 kinds of drinks available at the soft drink bar.
